Went to take my dress for the alteration that I already bought 2 mths ago.
Guess what..... in the end she asked me for an extra $22.xx, says because on the sides there are beads and it's harder to alter, eventho she's not the seamtress.
But since I already paid like $180 (non-refundable) or more... I gave her the extra $$...
On top of that, she's busy catering to all other customers at the same time and left me hanging there waiting several times. Extremely extremely unprofessional!!!!
I'd never recommend any of my friend to go there!
