Went to San Fran and San Diego for vacation.
Highlights of trip:
- Alcatrez - excellent audio tour
- Sea World - excellent Shamu show
Also, went to the Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo. The Wild Animal Park was quite good although I'd expected a more Safari-like environment.

Back to the grind... getting sick of my project.

Ran 7.5K so so on the dyke the day before the Sun Run, and no I did not join Sun Run this year.

Skating wise, right boot seems to be better after I'd stuck a part of an insole near my arch. I'm slowly having more skating time vs boot-tying time within a session, although at times I still feel like yanking the front of my right blade towards left.... but i'm just too lazy to get it readjusted yet again....
